Windows 7 (64bit) and 8.1 (64bit) may function as expected but no official support is now provided.

Processor: Intel dual Core
Memory: 4GB
Graphics Card/Chipset: OpenGL 3.3 supported GPU with 512MB+ Memory
Display: 1280x800 pixels
Drawing Tablet: Wacom Cintiq, Intuos Pro, Intuos, Graphire or Bamboo.

Microsoft Surface input & Huion Branded graphic tablets (Windows 10 & 8.1 only).
